"Lace & Chocolate & Laughs & Paparazzi & You"

There are people you get a along with, there's family, there are friends and there are colleagues.

And then there are those people you just click with. The kind of people that finish your sentences, that share your love for weird deserts and dorky band boys, that split their chocolate bon-bon with you and that know exactly what you're talking about when you talk about "that skirt in that shop, you know, the one with that thing in the window?"

Today my best friend Minnie (see description up there!) and I got to spend the day together, no school & no boyfriends & no worries, just shops and talk and, oh yeah, a chocolate festival!

So many hearts for today!

First we stopped at her place and played with her skull (you know, med students of a feather stick together)

& ate Smarties chocolate before hitting the Chocolate Fest.

Minnie & her mom!

She looked darling, by the way!

We heart shopping!

Summer is here so of course dress shopping was needed.

"How many thank-you's can we fit in oone post?"

You know when you have a really bad week and you just need a little something to make you smile? Thank you to FabSugar for doing just that:

"Outfit; Beating blue hearts"

Yesterday was my birthday (yay!) so of course I took that as an occasion to dress up (even more) than I usually do at uni (this time without actually caring that everyone is staring). I say nothing goes better with a flowy, flowery dress like a surgical knife and a cup of coffee!

The day was so lovely, I got this amazing book from my two friends, Andy (designated photographer) and Maria. And today I held a heart. Yes, it's a good week in the land of my brain.

Birthday dinner on Friday!

"She said that she would dance with me if I brought her red roses"

So last night I went with my best friend to the theater to see the play Privighetoarea si Trandafirul ("The Nightingale and the Rose") after Oscar Wilde. It's an one hour show that is more video/light show and text reading than play, staring my favorite young actor.

The funny thing of the night was that not only were my best friend and I dressed in the same color combination (black and blue) but we matched the actors on stage too. Unfortunately there are no outfit posts (of last night or last week) because I very much forgot to take any pictures!

So here are some pictures from the play (or video-poem, as I heard someone call it) as I find them very beautiful and inspiring:

The not-so-high-quality outfit post where we both look a little bit drunk, a little bit stupid :))
