"Outfit; Easter Bunny going for a fashion trip"

Easter this weekend so I'm heading off to my bff's house for lots of delicious cake and easter eggs. My mom painted the Easter eggs this morning (I think this is just an eastern Europe tradition) so they were my inspiration for the outfit.

Happy Easter :)

(Excuse the mirror pictures, but I had no time for a mini photoshoot this morning!)

Easter eggs = fun!

Very D&G splattered paint trend, no?

A work in progress.

This is the Easter Egg make-up :)

"Can you say beauty?"

Dear Daria,

We get it, you're freakin' gorgeous. Now please stop it.

(Except, you know, don't.)

Love, a fan.

"Outfit; Smiles in Shorts"

This was a very long day that included: dance competition (gotta pass my PE class one way or another), healthy lunch in the sun, yummy tea with The Boy, yummy cake with the girls and really sore feet from too much walking.

Oh, and lots of House MD and Gossip Girl, because my tv obsession is starting to come back it seems!

"Outfit; Coffee and Pancreatic Enzymes"

Uni has been killing me this week but the tests are finally over so I can finally get back to my excitingly glamorous and scandalous after-school life...

... so hot chocolate & House MD marathon it is then :))

We had a couple of hours free before our Anatomy class and today wasn't a 5cents-a-cup-of-coffee day, oh no. It was a Venti Non-fat Latte day so my lovely photographer, Andy B, and I took a short trip to our local Starbucks and crossed our fingers the day would end soon.

Med Students = One walking Starbucks commercial.

top: Mango, shirt: Zara, skirt: Zara, tights: unknown, boots: Musette, pin: thrift.

Excuse the hair and the sleepy face and the Venti, but this is me after just 4 hours of sleep and one night spent reading about saliva and the pancreas *g*

"Marry me, Lanvin!"

When I get married, I would really love Mr. Alber Elbaz to design my dress even if that would mean I would never, ever take it off again. Sorry, Mr. Future Husband! Blame the cute bow tie for my undieing love ;)

"Outfit; Snow White but Grey and Without the Whole Dieing Thing"

I really like apples and it amused me so much when I noticed that today's picture is not the first (and believe me, certainly not the last) that has me with an apple in it.

I think my obsession started when I started spending 8 hours a day at school and between 5 to 10 hours at uni now. The only food would always be snack foods or fast food and I can not survive on something like that. So the Bringing of the Apples (yes, it does deserve capitalization) started and never stopped!

I love the taste of apple, be them green, red, yellow, sweet or sour, small or big. My colleagues in school used to laugh at the fact that there was not a day where I did not have an apple with me and now my university colleagues are doing the same. I have been dubbed the apple girl by my group today so this post is dedicated to all the apple trees that keep me healthy and full every day :)

The weather is really weird right now, not making up its mind. So because I really wanted to wear my white lace tights, a little bit of layering was needed, hence the black tights under!

"Outfit; Smile in Black & White, Mr. Sid Vicious"

"I'm not chic, I could never be chic."
Sid Vicious

A wrong subway taken in a wrong direction ended up with finding this commercial stuck to the walls of the station. Hmm, I don't think I've ever seen a more interesting (please read: quirky, crazy, stupid?) lineup than this. Still love these commercials though.

Today was such a long a boring day that has ended me tossing my booties in a dark corner of the hallway as soon as I walked through the door. Note to self: next time when you have to run (more or less literary) from the university to get Starbucks, do not wear heels. Ouch.

But even with the pain, I still love my darling shoes. I think this takes the expression 'fashion victim' to a whole new level in my world :)

Because this is the only thing the Cellular Biology lab is good for, apparently :)

Starting to feel like I'm a Vogue US editorial, just need Caroline T. or Lily D. to join me in the jumping and we'll be set!

"Outfit; Coffee and Gossip Girl; Hello"

best friend =

Someone you can totally be yourself around and not give a care in the world about your actions or feelings because they won't judge you for the stupid things you may do or say.

Last Week:

My best friend is going to make a lot of appearances on this little blog from now on, so lets think of this as an introduction. We had a sleep-over last week and of course cameras weren't left out:

Saturday, 5th April:

My girls and I have a sort of tradition born from the fact that we almost never have time to meet during the week because of university: we try to meet every Saturday morning at our favorite Starbucks where we catch up on everything that has been happening all week, drink lattes and hot chocolate, smile at the cute Starbucks boys and then go window shopping.

dress: Kotton, tights: Accessorize, knee-high socks: Golden Point, boots: Musette, bracelets: Diva.
